Lo Cost Moving & Storage Inc

I’ve use Lo-Cost a number of times and will use them again. The staff are all very friendly and they are excellent at taking down and moving all (but especially Pottery Barn) furniture. Plus there prices are very reasonable. Use them!

If I could I will give a negtive score. It was a pain to dealing with this compnay. Overcharged for hundreds miles on my credit card as an extra charge posted serveral days after we gave back the truck. I phoned them quite a few times and went back to the store twice, however they didn't care about it. All they want to do is to avoid meeting me but not solve the problem. One of their staff even admitted that this amount is rediculars for a in-city moving, while another staff accidently mentioned that they used that truck for other tasks after our return. Finally they partially refund me as a result of spending lots of time in communicate with their manager. Now I'm very happy that I would never go to this store again, we move to another city.

I used these folks for almost 2 years and amazing staff. The only thing is that there is no access after hours, so you really have to get what you want out of your storage unit during operating hours. They have stayed a little bit later for me and even gave me a hand with loading and unloading if they were not busy. These folks have gone above and beyond the services. Thank you
