When I walked in to inquire about rental details, Val stepped right up and before I knew it, I signed up! She was thorough, from introduction to completing our agreement! Today was an extreme weather day and she did not hesitate to walk out in the cold to walk us to two storage units that we needed to look at before we signed up. It was a delight to see such great customer service!!!

I am a repeat customer at this location. I will only store my belongings with public storage of canton. Val was amazing. Very nice and answered all our questions. Explained everything and made the experience a good one. Thank you Val !!

Very professional and courteous service which is especially appreciated by the elderly. All of our questions and concerns were addressed and handled to our satisfaction. Val is an asset to her company and sells her company’s services very efficiently. Kudos for a job well done. Thank you!

The online reservations saved me a lot of time, and Val was very prompt with the call back as well as thorough with the paperwork. She explained everything and made the process simple. Kudos!!!! 6stars
