First they don't tell you that you have to buy their lock for $20, when you can get the exact same one at any Uhaul store for $10 is ridiculous, but apparently, if you have a lock that looks like the one they use, then it's ok after they put "PublicStorage" stickers on it. The last 2 units I rented didn't have working light bulbs and one didn't even have a pull string to turn it on with nor a rope to pull the door down with after it reeled all the way up to the top of the unit. I had to get on top of my trailer to grab and ended-up twisting my ankle in the process. Liability? Who knows. Any case, the units are large for the cost. I was there when a current renter was complaining about them cutting the lock off their unit after payment being 20 days late. Despite the fact that I got a deal on my unit for $1 for the first month, with the last 3 days being prorated, they have told me I have a balance on my account after 2 weeks and have called me 3 times now asking when I'd like to pay it. I'm not even sure I will be using the unit next month. A bit aggressive if you ask me.

Public storage is very clean and professional at least on Joy Rd in Canton Lushawn is very informative and has a very sweet soul I'd recommend this public storage to anyone for storage
