My truck wasn't available when promised. It didn't seem to be their fault though. The truck was in the lot but the system wouldn't let me self dispatch it before normal business hours. They were friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience and made sure I got my $50 reservation guarantee. Two weeks later I rented another truck here and all went as it should have. Parking can be tight, they have a pretty small lot

No one was there at my appointment time. I had to wait outside until someone came back. Everything else during the visit and rental was adequate.

All I wanted to know was whether the unit size I was looking for was available. 5 minutes later after trying to get Contact information from me and list off all of the features at the location, I was informed they only had a 5' x 10' available. Stop wasting people's time with scripts and just answer their inquiries.

I had to return a uhaul here and there was not a single spot open. They need better management
