When you have specials listed stick by them instead of making excuses when one reaches the check out Your chocolates were at 5 $ this week not 8:50$ and your prize employee made a lame dumb excuse that they were the same brand although sugary ones on special when he went to see? You're very close to losing a very loyal customer!

This used to be my favourite place to shop when it was Provigo. Now that it’s become a Maxi and a dump, in my opinion they eliminated the upstairs cafe area, as well as the higher-quality products that Provigo had. What others have said about the aisles being crowded is true. Lots of products are not stocked and there is lots of empty space on the shelves. You would think that the prices would at least be better, but no. Way overpriced for the quality and service they offer.nnWhy did they have to do something so stupid when there was already at Maxi across the street? We don’t need any more of these places. À park would have been a better use of space.

Scammers. Never received any points on my account even after adding the offers online. Staff then blames customer for a system that is needlessly complicated likely to prevent people from making significant savings with points.

Terrible since they became a Maxi. Cramped Isles, they got rid of a lot of the good stuff that Provigo had, and the prices don't seem any better. The self checkout locks you in so you can't leave until an employee unlocks the gate, like we are some kind of cattle, and sometimes they don't notice you for several minutes. It convinced me to try Costco and I'm a lot happier, it costs me less for better stuff, even if I live literally across the street from this Maxi.

New place, clean well organized great selections. Good service, and fun to get some PC rewards
