Proof Pizza

I'm very impressed with the small pizza shop. They serve fresh artisan pizza with an assortment of ingredients. It's a great value and you can customize their signature pizzas as well. I would definitely come here again and if you're visiting and staying at Saint Kate it's a perfect night cap food place.

Pizza was totally different look, it's not woodfire pizza. It's too bad they use good ingredients.

Terrible. The pizza was not good at all. My fiancé ordered roasted garlic on her pizza expecting diced up or at least chopped up little piece, nope she got whole cloves of garlic on her pizza. To be honest it tasted like it was all pre-made. The only good thing about this place was the packaging.

I always order a Margherita pizza when trying out a new pizza place, because if they can't get that right, with so few ingredients, they won't do well with any other topping combination, and I'm pleased to report they got it exactly right. Simply perfect.

Great pizza. You can always tell when the restaurant uses a quality cheese and this one does. Excellent. Pepperoni pizza was cooked perfectly and quickly. Friendly and fast. Can’t go wrong.
