Had this company install a backwater valve in my basement, what a fiasco, they broke the concrete in the basement to reveille the  drain, it is a old home so the pipes were made of clay,  they cut the pipe and announce that there was debris in the pipe and they would have to pressure wash to clear it, OK so off they go and get a pressure washer and attempt to clean out the pipe,  after a coupe  of hours they say that there are roots in the pipe and it may be a possibility that the drain may need to be replaced possibly to the street.

Next step was to put a camera down and get a look at the condition of the pipe,  after clearing more dirt the realized they were working on the wrong pipe, the pipe they were attempting to clear was a part of the storm sewer system and had not functioned for many years as is the case on many older homes, 

Now they have found the correct pipe they removed the basement toilet, not sure why and run water to confirm the pipe is clear and has no restrictions, cut the correct pipe and install the backwater valve, 

after they back filled I was left with a half ton of dirt to which they said removing the left over debris is not a pert of the service, what.... so they left the building and left me with the mess, oh and the toilet  leaks at the base which never did before,  

And to add insult to injury they charged me $850 for the power-wash and camera. what was to be a 2 day job according to there quote turned into a 6 days ordeal. also the original quote for $1950 rose to $3800 + taxes

Do yourself a favor if you require any plumbing don't call this company .

Im soo impressed after reading the reviews i was abit scared only because people seem to only write when they have had a bad experience. . So be it.. this company was great.. from the minute they answered the phone to when they showed up and left.. they did the work at the price given over the phone and cleaned up once completed the job... THANKS you are now my go to plumbing company!

I called the company to help me with my toilet that wouldn't fill up.  They came out the same evening,, replaced the broken fill valve, and service was fine. A few days later, the toilet starting running on its own and did not have the same flush power every time, as the handle seemed to slip. I called for two and a half weeks for help. The guy was always courteous and sympathetic but no one ever showed up when promised. I do not know who is at fault individually, but the bottom line is that this is a company, and it seems that you're treated fine until they have your money.  Then you're history.

Wow, friendly, competent,fast and on time. These guys were very respectful of working within a bustling home environment. They were even accommodating to the crazy activity of my special needs family. I can't say enough good things about this amazing company.

Recently I have hired Prompt Plumbing And Drainage for setting washer unit in my base apartment. When I call Upon them responded very quickly and reached on time. They very efficient, experienced and did their jobs on time. Good quality got the benefit. Very friendly and interective This company is obviously highly recommended .
