New Water Plumbing

Worst plumbing company in the GTA. They ripped me off $620 for a shower handle and kitchen drain pipe replacement. I was expecting a $150-$200 bill and was absolutely shocked when the guy handed me the bill. He didn't even give me a fair warning of the huge cost that will hit me. I complained to the head office but the guy on the phone was an arrogant prick who kept giving me robotic answers and offered zero customer service or some explanation to put me at ease. The cost of material far exceeded the cost of the labour. They charged me $80 for a $20 part, $50 for another worth $10 on the market. I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau in the coming days. Do your research and make sure you hire an honest plumbing company. Avoid these scammers and thieves at all cost!!

Had specifically asked for a plumber that could handle thermostatic showers. They sent Jason, he was rude and unprofessional. Told us he doesn’t know thermostatic valves . Did nothing and handed us a bill for showing up. If there was an option to select "no stars" I would've selected it.

Ive had three company's come look at the same problem. I'm thankful new water was able to identify the issue and fix it. I was impressed with the costumer service and how professional the plumber was. It's obvious why this company has been around so long. I would highly recommend them

Worst experience with a plumbing company I have ever had. With so many great and honest companies out there do not waste your time calling this one. They charge by the hour and hh and will take an extra 5 mins just so they can charge you for another half an hour. What a rip off!

I stayed in my unit waited the plumber checked the whole condo for 4 hours until he came back with an ambiguous conclusion for the issue that both my facet and dishwasher ran warm water out from the hot pipe (the main hot pipe is warm too) is caused by my faucet ( which works totally fine without any fixing ) . Called them 4 times and emailed them twice for the doubtful conclusion without any reply. Terrible service and overpriced bill deserve 1 Star.
