Amazing service! They were quick and fixed everything perfectly. You can tell these guys know what they're doing. They also make sure not to leave a mess behind and that everything is back in its place which is extremely considerate. I would for sure use them again. Thank you so much!

Extraordinary level of service and professionalism. Not sure who Mr Park is referring to but I have been using Preferred for years and am delighted with the work, cleanliness, respect and punctuality of this organization. Most highly recommended. They have done major plumbing install jobs for renovations as well as mundane jobs like plugged drains and leaking toilets Big or small - always on time and on quote. Zero surprises and no "extras" like most other trades. Love these guys!!

I own a rental property at Jonathan gate in Vaughan. The tenant had a problem with the toilet, so they called this company. The plumber came and said the toilet tank was too small and recommended a new toilet. This was unbelievable because the toilet is relatively new and there was never a problem since it was installed. I had to go to see. After some trials I removed the toilet and found a clogged opening by wet tissue and big hair pin. Removed the blockage and reinstalled the toilet myself. Do not call this company ever.
