Progressive Plumbing

We have used progressive plumbing for many years and have never been unhappy with the results

I never call them again, they cheating customer. Technician came and did not touch just visual checked and within 5minute told me ,you need to replace water heater and charge me $85. I called another company and they fixed within 15 minutes and I paid $49. DO NOT CALL PROGRESSIVE PLUMBING,THEY MAKE YOU TO BUY NEW EQUIPMENT.

We have had several experiences with Progressive Plumbing,all fantastic!Always on time or early,efficient,knowledgable,honest and they never fail to clean up after themselves.We would highly recommend them to our friends and family,and anyone who needs a top-notch plumber.

My mother set up an appointment with Progressive Plumbing on Thursday afternoon for her water heater. They said someone would be out to her home Friday morning at 7AM. This morning no one showed up or called. She had to call them to ask what was going on and they said the plumber was running late and would be there soon. She waited all day and Progressive Plumbing kept changing the time on her. As of 3:30PM today she again called and was told no one will be able to come out and see your today. I have never seen such poor customer service and a lack of response from a company. What has happened to customer service? For anyone looking for a plumber please don't use this company as they don't respond/update or respect anyone's time.
