Integrity Plumbing

During a frozen pipe emergency, I was referred to Integrity Plumbing by a trusted friend in commercial excavation. Steve was timely and thorough. He explained the source of the problem, and discussed repair options using clear layman's language and stating general costs. The job was done efficiently with as few drywall cuts as possible. Regarding cost, prior to contacting any plumber, my excavatoin friend had given me a range that I should expect to pay, and Steve was well within the typical price in the SWMI-Michiana area.

As we moved washer and dryer down to basement, the plumber updated my plumbing system. He did very well. I am satisfied his service. This is the second time he helped us.

Was nice when trying to get my business, but said he would be at my place between a certain time the next day. I waited for hours and he never showed up or bothered to contacted me to let me know that he would not be helping me out. Garbage!!!
