BER Refrigeration Cooling

I have built two houses and remodeled countless other ones over the course of my life but have not been so overcharged for work that was done in my home. When they came out to give me an estimate they told me to rough in the plumbing on my basement bathroom would take about 3 to 4 hours. I was charged for 7 hours total when they were only there 5 hours. What I was told when I called was that 2 hours were for the drive time to my house and the time they spent putting supplies into their truck and unloading it. That was over $200 in additional charges. Never will call these guys again.

If your furnace broke and you need it fixed within a reasonable amount of time, I recommend finding somewhere else!! After day 3 of not hearing from this company on when they would be out to fix it, I called. The receptionist was not friendly, and it has now been 2 weeks and they never even called to come out and fix it. Thank goodness we found someone else to fix it!!

Highly recommended. BER has competent people who know their business. I found their pricing competitive and complete without last minute add-ons. Very professional.

Bad service, Too expensive for work they do. Did not explain me how they charged and just wrote 30mins to just get to work. When I asked for explanation they would not adjust the price.

Very quick response and resolution to my water heater situation.
