I pulled into the dealership at 6:40pm and I asked for some Air please be put into my tires on my Ford Focus the light just came on as I came into town. Eric I spoke to said our parts and service is closed. It was a super simple request. I told him they’ve lost my business as a customer forever. He explained it was for safety reasons they don’t want anyone back there. I understand that but to bring the hose out through the garage is not dangerous. Completely unreasonable. I’m now driving home or to a gas station to try and use air compressors that don’t stay on long enough to get 5 psi in my tires. Thanks for being concerned about my safety progressive Ford. You’ll never ever see my friends business or my business.

I recently purchased a very gently used car from Randy at Progressive Ford, Randy was extremely professional and answered all questions in a clear concise language understandable by a senior. When Randy was not available, Scott took over his duties and treated me as though I was his customer, very reassuring and professional and tech spoke so a senior knew what he meant. I would also like to thank Aaron in your finance dept. for enlightening me in all avavailable services and what an extended warranty would cover. I felt very confident dealing with your people and received no pressure to purchase, just a clear understanding of the pr.oduct. Thank you again, I’m looking forward to getting lots of use from my Ford (when the weather improves!) I have already recommended you to a friend of mine who may be in the automobile market soon.

This was my first experience with Progressive Ford in Wallaceburg, and I found everyone I dealt with to be very helpful and friendly. As I enjoy my new Escape , I hope to have the same relationship in the future.
