Coles - D/T Chatham Centre

Hope this is only for Chatham Ontario's Coles Bookstore in the D/T area. The woman rudely hung up on me before I could explain why I needed a book ordered and would not help me over the phone . . . spoke to me like I was dumb. I don't care what your policies are - don't hang up on potential future customers. I called another bookstore in Chatham,, customer service was great - informative and friendly and I prefer spending more money in independant and friendly stores anyways. I will be spending my money there from now on. Sorry Coles, too bad you couldn't train manners into your staff! Plus, the store is so small the chances are that they don't have what your looking for. . . .
