Professional Heating & Cooling

The team at Professional Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job installing our new furnace and hot water heater. The staff was helpful and provided me with all the information we needed and walked us through the necessary precautions to take should something go wrong. We were then contacted a month later to schedule a complimentary check of our air conditioner to make sure that it worked well with our new furnace. All members were friendly and time conscientious. I would recommend them to anyone.

New Furnace and AC! The team at Professional Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job with not only installation of our new system but really went the extra mile in explaining everything. Of all the quotes we received they seemed to look at all the things that could go wrong and planned ahead with the equipment they offered to us. For a once every 15 year purchase, they really made us feel important!

Called to check prices for emergency services, informed her i was doing it for a review as an independent person. Refused to answer questions, kind of a bummer. Competition at the same level, charge 135-150, which is ridiculous in itself, but whats more ridiculous is that when I called professional, they were more concerned about their image, than supplying people with the price of there services. Only experienced customer service over the phone this is not a review based on the quality of repair, or the price (like it was intended to be)

When they say 24 hour service. They mean it. They came out on a holiday at no extra charge.
