Edwin was absolutely everything I needed and wanted in an agent. In the past year I worked with Edwin on several occassions for three different types of real estate dealings. I found Edwin knowledgeable and professional but also extremely caring and attentive to my real estate needs. In the largest transaction he took a higher end home that had been on the market for nearly 6 months by a well known Lethbridge realtor and got it sold very quickly without cutting into my bottom line. This was during a slow time of year for any type of property. Immediately he got it much more interest, viewings and offers. I like my hard earned money but have no issues paying commissions when it's earned and well deserved. I would not hesitate to work with Edwin again. Thanks Edwin.

We dealt with Edwin through ProActive Real Estate. He was great to work with, really knowledgeable and was willing to offer helpful advice and do research into anything we had questions about. He was great for our first time home buying experience, I highly recommend ProActive Real Estate.
