Mark Kozak - Century 21 Foothills South Real Estate

No overly impressed what so ever. We showed up 10 mins before. After 40 mins I had to reach out to him. He "said" he waited for us to show up and didn't contact us saying he was there. Even though WE WERE THERE. So needless to say he forgot about the showing. Not only did we show up but we drove 30 mins out to the showing for him not forget. Would not recommend him.

Very impressed with Mark Kozak as our Realtor. He was very accommodating in booking showings and providing comparable market options. We appreciated his 'take-it-or-leave-it' attitude - why? - because it proved he was not going to 'sugar-coat' things or be satisfied until we were. When we are back in the Real Estate market we will be phoning Mark. Other reasons to go with Mark: Air Miles (ask him about bonus air miles); your locks will be re-keyed; he will do what it takes to sell your house; and he is professional, quick to respond, and knows real estate.

Mark was awesome!! We loved working with him. He did everything and anything we needed in our search for our dream home! He was so great with our daughter,When it came to looking at houses with a 2 year old he was amazing! Very much a family man. He always got back to us quickly with any questions we had or for setting up times for seeing places. The buying of our new home when so well and quick we were able to have christmas in our new home! We would very much recommend Mark to our friends and family!

We have worked mark on a few occasions and he has been extremely helpful in finding homes to look in Lethbridge. We are currently using Marks services on a couple projects and we are very pleased at his effort and professional attitude towards helping us achieve our goal. Mark is one of the busiest realtors in Lethbridge. He works hard for his clients and knows real estate inside and out. He sold my half-duplex exclusively (not using MLS or other realtors) within 6 weeks. I was really pleased with how smoothly everything went.
