We have used Tyler for buying and selling numerous houses over the last 10 years. His team has a guarantee on selling our homes but we have never had to actually take him up on his guarantee of sale. he has always sold our homes at or very close to selling price! And when selling he has always gone to bat to get us the best deal possible. Hands down would recommend Tyler and his team if your serious about selling or buying a home.

Tyler and his team were amazing. Their attention to detail was spot on and they were quick. We had previously listed with another agency and during that time we had a minimal number of showings and were not able to accomplish what we wanted. Since listing with Tyler and his team we had showings in the double digits and our home sold in 3 weeks. The transition to the new house was also very simple and hands free. I would definitely recommend them!

Over the years, we have Bought and Sold several properties in our Travels. I have to say, our recent Experience with Tyler Martineau and The Team has been THEE best we have had. Tyler helped us to determine a fair marketable price for our much loved home and we were able to obtain a nearly ' Full Price' Offer within a few days of the listing. On the other end of things? searching for a New Home? Kristen went Above and Beyond.. I don't think she ever takes a Day Off! She never failed to impress us with her Upbeat, Cheery personality while always maintaining a Professional skillful knowledge of every aspect of buying a new home. The Team is Brilliant! The gals in the office were Always accommodating and always gave us answers to any question we threw their way. The Photos of our Home were just beautiful. Kristen Brown was is a professional real estate agent. We lived out of town while looking for a home in Lethbridge. Kristen made us a priority when we came to Lethbridge. She paid attention to our feedback on houses we saw and made the most of our time while we were in town by showing us homes that met our criteria. We felt comfortable giving her honest feedback and did not feel pressured into a purchase. Kristen is easy to get ahold of and pleasant to be around. She helped us find a wonderful home.
