Reena is a very nice woman and so was the man who replaced her. My main disappointment is the lack of communication and the broken promises that someone was going to come to my house to provide me with ongoing treatment. It just did not happen. I had to call if I wanted to find out why no one was calling to book my next appointment. I did not find this company to be reliable; however, I was happy with the one session I got from Reena and the other person who replaced her. I was very disappointed that I was not provided with the promised service and for that reason, I have hired another in home physiotherapist so that I can finally get the treatment I so needed after my accident.

My dad has received physio for two months, two-three times per week through this organization. His physio comes to his seniors’ residence which is very convenient. My dad enjoys his sessions and seems to look forward to them. With his profound hearing loss, the physio uses email to communicate with him. This allows my dad to have greater independence. We’ve been very pleased with the service this far.

I am certain it is beneficial to my Mom age 90 to have physio as part of her regular routine. Not only does it help maintain her mobility but she really does enjoy it. Having it available at her residence is very convenient.

I highly recommend this agency. They responded to my call quickly and my parents had their first in-home appointment within days. Sagar Poudel is now their physical therapist. He is the REAL deal in all aspects. You could not ask for a more knowledgeable, genuine and caring health worker. He treats my parents, both in their 90's, with compassion and respect. His personalised treatments has really helped my parents. Thank you Sagar for the exceptional care you give to my parents. They really appreciate you!
