I really liked Vitality physiotherapy. Hurt my knee playing soccer and wasn’t able to play for over a year. Andrew was my physio and helped me regain strength in my knee. He was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made a huge difference in my knee. I was able to see amazing results within a week. The entire team was amazing, friendly from the receptionist to the physiotherapist. I am back to playing soccer again and I would highly recommend seeing Andrew and going to this clinic:
From the Vitality staff to the physiotherapists themselves, they are all professional, knowledgeable and caring. Vitality makes sure the patient is always put first. Nothing is ever too much trouble.  I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physio and/or a massage treatment. Andrew and his team have helped myself and my 2 boys who are in competitive sports. Andrew is absolutely amazing to say the least! He takes the time to investigate the root cause of the problem and he provides different approaches through his diverse experience and knowledge to target the source of problem and help you heal.
The experience I had at Vitality physiotherapy in riverside south was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable by the warm greeting from customer service. Literally no wait time in the lounge. Amir’s physiotherapist expertise and competence was superb.My problem was successfully resolved and follow-up was deeply appreciated. Rehab assistants explained my exercise regime with clarity and respect . The entire team communicated to me with respect, dedication, warmth as well as with the highest level of professionalism at all times. Sincere gratitude and appreciation Vitality Physiotherapy!!
The staff is extremely friendly, efficient and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I went to do physio at Vitality as I had knee issues and within weeks the staff of experts made my knee feel a million times better. The whole experience is amazing, from the front desk staff to the physiotherapist, to the follow-up exercises sent to you by email which is extremely useful and user friendly. The space is very clean and extremely well maintained! I highly recommend Vitality to anyone looking to do physiotherapy!
I started visiting Vitality Physiotherapy because of long-standing arthritic pain in my hand. I had little hope of recovery but after several months of treatment, I have seen a remarkable improvement! The staff is excellent... friendly, professional and accommodating. I continue to visit the clinic for massage therapy... it has become part of my routine. Thanks to everyone at the clinic!
Vitality is the best place for complete your Physiotherapy. The team is 100% involve in your recovery and you feel that they really care, plus they are extremely professional. I am about halfway through my physio treatment plan for a sports injury at Vitaly in Riverside South and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and the results have been great. Ahmad is a fantastic physiotherapist who always takes the time to make you feel comfortable, listen and make sure he fully understands the issues and makes sure that if you have any questions/concerns that by the time you leave you fully understand the issues and or science behind the treatments! All of the staff from the rehab specialists to the admin staff are fantastic and always happy to help in any way possible! Would highly recommend Ahmad and the rest of the Vitality Riverside south crew to anyone who is looking to rehab an injury or just start taking great care of their body!
I have received nothing but wonderful care from the team at Vitality. I had the pleasure of being treated by Andrew, who is incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything regarding my injury. He always gave me the reassurance I needed throughout the treatments. I started noticing considerable improvement within a few sessions. Very grateful for all the staff at Vitality, from the welcoming front desk staff, to the helpful rehab specialists.
I trusted Vitality to take care of my rehab after ACL surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results! 5 months later I’m well on track to get back to playing soccer at a pro level and that’s thanks to their attention to detail and them pushing me to the max. The staff here are all very informed and engaging to work with. I strongly recommend this center for all your health needs!
After going to 2 other physiotherapy clinics and my issue still persisting I went to see Mark at Vitality based on a friend’s referral. Before booking my first session, I scheduled a 15 minute consultation with Mark. He assured me that he had helped others with the same issue I was dealing with and was confident he could resolve my issue for me. Before seeing Mark I was unable to perform any weight lifting activities or I’d be in lots of pain and had been dealing with my issue for about 8 months with very little improvement. My first session with him consisted of a very thorough assessment and he identified the reason for my pain. After about 2 weeks I was feeling significantly better and after about 2 months I was pain free and back to performing all my exercises. The rehab specialists Riley and Nate were also great to work with. I highly recommend Mark and the team at Vitality!
