Pro Nail & Spa

Awful. My daughter waited her turn then as the man took off her nail polish he took and never went back! After waiting 5 minutes my daughter got impatient, another "manicurist" took over, my daughter told her she wanted to keep her nails round and the young woman proceeded to make them square! My daughter told her she didn't want her nails ruined, she changchanged her mind. The woman charged her $20.00 x taking the nail polish off!!! "Store policy" As we walked out we saw the man doing another woman's nails, apparently a regular.

Very friendly, quick, and excellent work done here. They remember my name and like the way I like my nails. Love getting my nails done here. Absolutely recommend!

Very nice place, I've only been there twice and I'm looking for a new salon to go to. I went in the first time for a new set and pedicure, both I was happy with. Gel stayed perfect for about a month. I go in just for a fill and color change, all my nails broke off within a week and I didn't do anything differently. Just disappointed.

I have always been treated well at Pro Nails and Spa and am a regular customer there. Tom does a great job on my nails and everyone else that has helped me has been very helpful and accommodating. I have recommended them to friends who have had similar experiences with the staff.
