Nail Art

They do good nails. Never paid any attention to whether it's handicapped accessible or not and I probably won't remember to do so.

I went to this salon against my better judgement. I go to a particular salon, faithfully, in White Lake, but due to scheduling conflicts, I needed to go elsewhere. It was an emergency. I pulled up to the salon and again questioned my decision. I decided to go in and see if they could take me. The girls inside were polite, and the older lady that did my fill, did a great job...despite being a little rough. I understood though, because my nails were in bad shape. Anyway, I was pleased with her work. I chose my Shellac color, and a younger lady polished my nails. I loved the color. Fast forward a week...my shellac began to peel off in a huge piece, like a sticker, on my thumb nail. I called the salon to make them aware of the issue. The lady that answered the phone said "It's not guaranteed so I don't know what you want me to do", and hung up. Shellac is expensive, and in all of my experience, I've had to have it removed at the salon with the electric file. I was able to remove all of it in less than 5 minutes, by just peeling it off!! I will not be visiting this salon again. I didn't want them to completely redo all of my nails, but maybe offer to fix the one that had peeled....or at the very least, apologize for the issue.

I never have a single problem out of my nails. They are perfectly shaped, the atmosphere and the service is great.

It was terrible waste of time, they are all including one of the twins only have a license, the African woman, I met also doesn't have anything visible does not have her certificate, or state reg license. I can I'm at 6:45pm they close @ 7:30am all I need was a fill and shllac, I had just gotten of the hospital with terr and and the other lady continued to act un professional with alert her that because I just had a treatment my nail sensitivity was law, mumbled something the other lady laugh, I made a statement that you could have change the terrible day I into a better one by simply being a tad bit more compassion, she said her father is in the hospital, and I say I'm sorry and that i found out two hrs ago and that why i was asking to be a little gente. She brings to yell at standing up I'm 5'1 and on two things of chemo,she told me to get th "f" of the chair cracked a nail completely off. I'm sadden and hurt and will be talking this civiling.
