Minus 417 Spa

I got the 2-hour spa revival package Groupon for my boyfriend and myself. The body scrub was great, the massage wasn't anything special, and the facial was so-so. The women doing the treatments were really lovely and it was a fun date, but I don't think I'd go here again.

I've had a few treatments done at this spa and only had good experiences. Originally got a Groupon, but came back 3X since. You get offered tea while waiting and you get to use the sauna as much as you want. Lockers with your own key, and nice facilities. Body massage, scrub, and facial all wonderful! I even bought a couple of their products.

EXCELLENT service and experience; I read the previous reviews and was concerned of quality I'd get.. glad I tried it!!! Clearly the management took the comments below to heart and made awesome changes: was greeted by a really nice receptionist, she brought me tea and slippers right away :) also asked me if I had been there before. Then she got someone to take me in... the next person brought me a robe and explained where to put my things, I was then taken to the room booked for me for a 2 hour package including massage, body scrub, facial, collagen mask and microdermabrasion. I LOVED IT! my favorite part was the microdermabrasion because it did WONDERS for my skin :) I was talking to a friend about it tonight and we are planning on visiting soon! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place :)

The manager/ receptionist has Terrible customer service skills.. I had called to book an appointment, where she verified my groupon details and I assumed I was go to go.. until a week after when I showed up at the spa for my appointment, I was told that I wasn't registered in the system! Not only was I not offered any immediate compensation/ consolation for THEIR screw up, the manager behaved as though it was MY fault for not having a reservation !! Anyway, I was rescheduled to 2 weeks later and as per previous discussion was told that they usually place a reminder call a week or few days prior to the appointment to confirm the reservation. However that did not happen either, and when I called and asked "so what happened to my reminder call?" the manger goes "so you want me to call you after you have already called?" SERIOUS lack of basic customer service skills. I hope at least my spa package is not a disappointment. Not k

Ive been coming here for a while now and find the owner/receptionist to be lovely and always helpful. I have only had an RMT and facials recently. Had a full body mud treatment a while ago and did not enjoy it at all. However this was just the treatment not the fault of the spa.
