i bought 2 vouchers for the spa and after reading coupel reviews that were bad i was affraid to take my friend so i went by my self today none of those things that those people wrote it is truth it was very easy to find if you have GPS will take u right to the door there is huge sign infront the spa unless you blind. when i went upstairs i was greated by a lady in white uniform thre wa soft spa music and water fountains very clean nice couch to relax they offered drinks They had a room for pedicure and seperate for manicure and seperate for facial and massage. Pamela the girl did my treatments was very sweet and good. She did amazing job i tiped her more then half of the voucher was worth cuz it was worth. I would reccomend anyone to this place . There was no noise no dirt . when it comes to nail polish there was at list 40 bottles of any shade you want they also had OPI brand. SO THIS IS TO THOSE LADIES THAT PAID 40 OR 50 $ AND THEY EXPECTED KING EDWARD HOTEL SPA WITH JACUZI AND LEMON TEA? YOU SHOULD GO THERE DONT PAY A DEAL AND THINK YOU GONE GET MILION $ SPA. i WOULD GO BACK ANYTIME Ladies if you so picky done pay 10$ per tritment and bich here u got more then you paid and tips? u think cuz u got cheap deal u dont have to tip? yes you do or stay home and do your own nails. Purchased a group-buy coupon for eyelash extensions at this salon. The service was decent, but I feel that the woman's technique wasn't that great. I've had eyelash extensions done several times, and I don't know what this woman was doing - but my eyes were hurting and tearing afterwards. Now, I know that taxes and gratuities are extra when you purchase group-buy coupons, so I brought extra money with me. She charged for $6 for tax (voucher was $39, so technically, it should have been $5.07 -- but I'll ignore that). What ticked me off was that, she suggested I tip "$15-20." First time I've been to a salon where they ASK you to tip a certain amount. Lady, if you're reading this - tipping depends on the quality of service received, and for gosh sakes, don't ask for the tip before the appointment starts! Would NOT recommend, and will not be returning.
