I love everyone at Princess Nails North Van! Paul is the best artist, he does amazing design! Tammy is so gentle, she's lovely! Mary is so kind and genuine. Hanna and Michelle have only worked on my nails once, but they were so wonderful and made me feel like a queen as they were each working on my fingers and toes - all at once! Love love love it! very friendly, easy to chat with, and quick! I came late to my appointment, and they were still able to work me in so I could get the nails I wanted, and were able to give my daughter a mini pedi while she waited for me . I forgot to get the gentleman’s name, but he was absolutely awesome and did some killer nail art. Will definitely be returning

Honestly if there was a choice for zero stars i would have done it! I usually go to Pacific Nails but i wanted to try somewhere new. I went in wanting a full acrylic set and had a reference photo as well. I should have gotten up after i noticed none of the tips were matching my nail size, and if she put the powder on it would look extremely wonky which they did. She built the powder on SO much and in the shape of a witch's nails. When i asked her to shave it down, she did as much as she could but by the reference photo i have it still looked pretty curved! I then started letting her know what i didn't like in the hopes that i could walk out of the salon happy, but when we got to the nail polish it went downhill. The whole time she was pressing on the sides of my nails so hard it started to hurt, and then she would repeatedly go over my cuticles with the drill ans i would flinch to try and alert her but she just kept goinThe nail polish is streaky, theres air bubbles, there are weird dots under my nails and you could see the mistakes from incorrect shaping coming out. Best part, it took 2.5 hours!! Save yourself the money, time and pain and go somewhere that actually knows what they're doing... trust me. I am never recommending this place to anyone!

Loved my experience at this salon! The nail tech was sweet and attentive to what I wanted and the little details, and the shape and colours came out exactly the way I pictured them. I wish I got her name so I could credit her in this review... I also appreciate that they respected COVID protocols by leaving lots of space between patrons. Excellent colour selection and finished in an appropriate amount of time based on previous experiences. I walked in and only waited about 10-15 mins, and then I was done my full set with shellac gels in about 90 mins. However, I would suggest calling ahead or booking an appointment if possible, as I think I was lucky to squeeze in! They seem have a lot of reoccurring clients. Probably because of the quality of the work, but as a plus the staff seemed super friendly, and overall it was a really nice vibe : For reference, I paid about $60 for my nail set. I would recommend this salon to a friend, and I hope to come back when I visit Vancouver again in the future. One thing I will mention to the owners is that the pricing on the website doesn't look like it matches the pricing in the store? I would just double check!

I had the BEST experience here!! Came here for the first time just before my wedding to get acrylics with nude to white ombré and I’m sooo pleased! Everyone here is so nice and they offered tea and played bridesmaids because I came in with four of my bridesmaids! Definitely making this my new nail place!!Services: Manicure

Today was my first time going to this salon and I was seen by Michelle. I’m really happy with my nails, she made an amazing nail art I already tried few places at north shore, and this was the best! I'll definitely be back!

After a lifetime of problematic nailbiting, I got my first set of acrylics at another local salon, but didn't really like the shape they gave me, and they didn't really ask what I wanted. So for my first fill, I tried Princess Nails, and Michelle did a beautiful job with recreating the nail arch and a more realistic C-curve. When I like someone's work, I'm a loyal customer, and I'll be returning to see her for future nail services.Service: Manicure
