I had an appointment at the dentist in the same mall and had some time to kill. I thought great I’ll see if I can get a pedicure . Was surprised empty which initially made me nervous but it was a Monday afternoon so not unreasonable. I had a gel pedicure with Kim and she did a great and thorough job, I was very happy with my results and the price ! I recommend Kim.Services: Callus removal

Got my acrylic nails removed and they cut and drilled my nail bed painfully far down. My natural nails that are usually plastic like thick are now thinner than paper and will most likely rip. Filing uneven.

I went in today to inquire about their services, the lady was so rude for no reason at all. Not welcoming at all, if you ask questions they would literally make you feel like you speak some other language they don’t understand and they don’t have the patience to try and understand. I was very disappointed how they treat the first time customers. If you’re a beginner and don’t know much about nails snd stuff please don’t go you’ll come out crying.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating but quality was so poor. Went with shellac polish but it literally looks like I did them myself. I asked for a flower design and I ended up with these weird lines that are bumpy and looks so rushed. Like a previous review said, they also re-did the design several times. Again, looks like I attempted to do them myself and failed. I also paid nearly as much for these as I would have for a full set of acrylic nails. Don't think I'll be coming back..

Worst service ever! Went in to have my nails shaped and a polish. They insisted I pay prior to the service, ummmmm ok. No biggie so I do and tipped at the same time. The nail tech finishes filing my nails and I comment if you could please make them all the same. She rudely responds I followed your shape. I said ok but the reason I come to get my nails done is so that you can make them look better. She continues to argue. She was rude and continued to be so. Needless to say I didn’t stay.

I got a manicure before going to Mexico and as the polish never truly dried - I could weirdly rub/smudge it off - I had to take everything off and reapply myself. What a waste of money. Do they put it on too quickly or too thick - not sure - but I had to remove and reapply myself. Thinking it was a one-time thing I went again today and the same thing. After 6 hours I could put a fingerprint in the polish. Not impressed.

Disappointed. Had my nails done on Monday and had to go back on Thurs to get two nails redone cause the gel nail came unglued and peeled off. Then again on Saturday the gel just popped off. Then on Monday and the next few days the nails kept popping off. Do they think we pay 70 dollars for it to last less than a week. I am very disappointed.

If you want a mediocre manicure/ pedicure not worth $45 this is your place to go! Visible scratches on my nails under the polish. Officially meh

Best pedicure ever!!! The price of the store aren’t high for a combo manicure and pedicure. I'm very satisfied, and definitely be coming back
