Awful customer service. Was in the store about 20 minutes looking for trailer accessories. Found two items, the others weren’t in the trailer section. Walked through the store for several minutes, no employee approached to ask if I needed assistance, so I approached them. The first one didn’t know anything about the items I needed so they guessed which aisle it might be in and sent me there. Wrong aisle. The second employee I approached sent me to the trailer section but I’d already looked there. Went back and scoured it, but the items weren’t there. Checked online, all items were supposedly in stock. Still, no help from anyone. I gave up and left. Aren’t these employees trained regarding merchandise they sell or how to serve customers? Or do they simply not care? I’ve been to other P.A. stores, they’ve always been fantastic. This one not so much. Won’t be returning.
Put an online order in for a product I needed asap. 3 hours later and still no email. I went into the store 10 minutes away and waited ten minutes at the service desk. 2 other people ahead of me. Only 1 person working. A manager helped out one customer but not other two.nLady at desk took her sweet time. Order not ready and I had to get it myself. Wouldn’t even walk with me down the aisle so I could find it fast and not walk past it like I did. Don’t buy online if you need it fast.
Today is October 1st I have no idea who is answering the phones and customer service at 12:00 this afternoon the customer service representative was completely unknowledgeable ignorant and rude and knew nothing about any of the products that I was asking about flat out told me that she couldn't even tell me anything about welding or the materials because she knows nothing about them! how about having your staff trained in all aspects of their job so when people call to ask about product the staff knows what is what, that's normally what a good company does with their employees they train them properly, this place is a circus show! Every time I call or go in I am never greeted with a hi how are you but with either ignorance or rudeness and occasionally nothing on their shelves! Try walking around the store looking for something, no one offers help but will gladly stand around and chit chat. This is the last place I will ever go again for anything. They NEVER have what I am looking for even when it's in the flyer and they never suggest where to buy the product when asked of other places to find it. I will not return here.
Being new to this St. Catherines store, I was very much impressed by the helpful young staff who guided me to the appropriate aisles and who gave me sound advice on the most effective adhesives for my project. I appreciated his assistance. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one.
Hands down the best value for your dollar. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a wagon that had a flat tire and exchanged it hassle free. They also have sales often and their prices are hard to beat. They also carry uncommon tools that would cost an arm and a leg at extremely low prices. They have saved me, my brothers, and dad’s butts since they stock hydraulic lines and 2”+ sockets. The more i shop the more i love the store.
