Absolute thief’s! Do not trust these people with any of your equipment. Took my snowblower to them under warranty claims as directed by craftsman and they did not tell me once that it would be covered under warranty and did the repairs without my consent. Then gave me a bill for over $100 without informing me that it will costs this much. Never trusting these people again.
Great service , my snowblower needed a tune up and there was a recall on the wheels and tiresnGarden City picked it up and did the service in a timely manner and the price was reasonable.nVery good company to deal with.
Found my filters I had been searching all over town for. Didn't even know this place existed. I'll be here more often.
Called looking for a replacement part for our lawn mower without knowing the actual part name and number. They helped me to locate all the numbers on the mower needed to identify the part. Luckily, it was in stock and we were able to pick it up, install it and finish cutting the lawn that same afternoon. Their knowledge and service was much appreciated.
Hi all, I know their customer service at the front isn't as warm as you may hope, but their mechanic Alex supported me quite well. I have a 10-year old Honda push mower, and I brought it in with multiple issues. I had previously brought it in to a competitor two years ago and many problems remained. Alex was able to bring this mower back to life and I can honestly say it works and looks like new. He took a lot of care, and I couldn't have asked for better service. You would be best to come in person, especially early in the year - they are swamped in the spring.
