Princess Anne Public School

My son has special needs Autism , he was placed in a special need class for 2 years straight . The staff had convinced me that they have the student best interest and are making sure he progresses . A plan was put in place the first year to intergrade him they did exactly that but when came the second year around they “ over looked “ his file is what was said to me by his teacher last year when we had a parental meeting about his report card. There was 5 educators in that class room on 8 children . He’s so far behind he’s now forced to skip grade 1 and is obligated to start grade 2 at the new school I have registered him this year as per agreed with other specialists. I don’t understand how such a school can set a child so far back and completely brush off his special needs , did not take the strategies that were in place in consideration and completely brushed them off with such a small class. Now my sons very discouraged , he will fail this year … this is our children’s future MY sons future they affected drastically and it should be illegal for any special educator / teacher to completely ignore a students tactics that are in place from previous years especially these special need classes that do nothing but set back the children. They are the only school that labels children to be put in a special need class starting before Jk everywhere else it is 3rd grade. I do not recommend you’ll have a full staff that is against you and will completely ignore your concerns. I thought it was very important that I wrote a review I think others should be aware. There was a breach of code of ethics under confidentiality with another parent as well when nothing was even brought to my attention, they lack such attention that an accident even occurred in the bush in the school yard where the big rocks are , a student within his class of 8 that are separated from the others in the school yard needed stitches on his head and another time fractured his collar bone… the staff is very unprofessional.

I would not recommend this school

It is the best choice for me and my kids teachers principle who work there are super nice, kind and friendly with kids I'm very happy to put my kids there thank you Princess Anne Public school

this school is very small and smelly especially mr mallioux, I could smell him from the other classes

As a former student here, i must say this is the best school I have ever been to
