Came for an anniversary dinner. Service was excellent, salad and steak was superb. Our waiter was very attentive and brought us a variety of yummy sauces. I was disappointed with the smoked meat. At 100$ a dish it needs to be tender and flavorful, half the meat was dry and some even burnt. definitely not melt in your mouth as promised. Overall great food, large portions and nice ambience.
An amazing restaurant, food was superb and the meat tastes so good. We had an amazing waiter Sardar who was doing a great job to make our experience amazing.
Prime on Avenue is a really good restaurant. Food is great, atmosphere is really upscale and the service was really as expected. I recommend you try out this steak/smokehouse wether you are in town or passing by.

recently hosted a dinner for 7 persons. Steve and Rita, our servers were outstanding. They were both attentive and professional. One guest had certain food allergies and Steve and Rita and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to ensure my guests food contained neither offending food item. The food was excellent and i highly recommend this restaurant.
We went their for my birthday and my brother in law's birthday. Ordered Chefs special cut and asked for medium rare, it looked nice the sides were great, but it was pretty much cooked and dry. We asked for it to be redone as it was costing us 200 for that steak. When the replacement arrived it was medium rare but the portion was much smaller than what was ordered it looked like a different kind of steak than what we received earlier. The taste was just all right, but honestly The Keg steak tastes better for half the price, so not very impressed overall, my wife's chicken and sister in-law's steak was all right and it was also medium rare. Anyway, definitely will not go back, there were no 'make ups' for doing the steak wrong, no discount or extra incentives offered, just a replacement that was not even on par with our original ordered in terms of quality. Parking: Limited street parking, but when we were there, it wasn't busy so it was fine.
We dined in here to celebrate a birthday. We thought we had a pleasant experience and food was alright for the price. However, we realized we paid much more than what we thought it would come out to be so we calculated all the prices and turns out we were charged extra 7%. After going through a few reviews, we found they charge 20% tax instead of the usual 13%. I didn’t find any other restaurants in Niagara falls charging extra tax except for Prime Steak House. Leaving a review so that people can make a decision being aware of this as we certainly didn’t.
We were there for a Monday evening Bar mitzvah dinner with 30 others. The dinners were excellent. Steak Salmon Chicken all delish. Appetizers were great and desert were decedent. The only problem that caused me to give 4 out of 5 was the lack of air conditioning. The other room was so cool. P. S. The staff was very friendly and accommodating Well done
Second to none Kosher Steak House. My wife and I went there strictly Kosher, but a good steak house dinner.. The place was elegant and our hostess Tina was delightful. I had the tomato soup and Delmonico steak and my wife had a Caesar's salad and the beef short rib dinner, we also shared an amazing Maple infused Crème Brulee. The food was worth the reservation and the ambiance was just right. We will return to this place when we visit Toronto again.
Good food, slow service, somewhat overpriced. Waited 10 minutes to be seated no host at the door. Kept having to ask to have our water glasses filled. Food was tasty and well presented. Pulled brisket sandwich arrived with a chunk of the bun missing, as though a mouse had nibbled it. Waiter never offered us mixed drinks or wine, but overall a good experience.
