Primal Soup

This is really great soup! And it would have to be if they have soup in their name : I couldn’t decide what soup I wanted so the staff offered a taster of each which was really nice! The sandwich was amazing too. Such soft and fresh bread. This will be a lunchtime staple from now on. Customer for life.

A great cafe on Richmond Road. They serve a variety of homemade soups and entrees along with baked goods. All items made in-house. I’ve enjoyed soups, sandwiches and desserts here, always good. They also have their soups available in frozen take-out format. Also good coffee. The staff is friendly and service is great.

Love local coffee shops!! Always 100% better than chains. Friendly service great mocha and a Russian Reuben sandwich. Vegetarian options: Soup or sandwich

Beautiful discovery Staff are polite & pleasant, eating area and bathroom are very clean and the food is beyond my expectations. Generous portions, delicious and aesthetically pleasing . Highly recommend .Food: 5/5

A soup place with only three hot soup…..and everything else was cold. I clearly was very disappointed and she didn’t even offer to warm up any of the to-go cold soups or offer any alternatives. We got the chicken pot pie instead and they definitely microwaved it because the crust got soft. chicken pot pie is suppose to have a nice flakey crusty.. Seemed like a nice place with an aesthetic dining area and decor aside from the food.

Fantastic locally owned coffee shop. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Their homemade soup is amazing! Highly recommend stopping for a coffee and a treat or great lunch if you’re in the area.

This is one of my favorite local soup and sandwich shops in Calgary! Any of their curry soups are absolutely delicious. Can never go wrong! My favorite sandwich is the Roasted Chicken n Brie. Soooooo delicious!Food: 5/5

The best place in Calgary for healthy, yummy homemade soups and sandwiches. The staff are all so friendly. Family owned and operated business. Lots of vegetarian options for soup and sandwiches. Love this spot
