Price Chopper

Pretty decent Price Chopper that I shop at when I'm in Oneida. The selection is good and the staff are mostly friendly, but not all. Clean and well-lit as well as organized.

I am from out of town and visited this store on 9/12/2017 at 3:30pm. The gentleman in the seafood section is the only reason why I would give any stars!!! His customer service skills were amazing! I am a customer service supervisor for a major airline and I know what even small skills can be displayed here there and with the exception of the seafood counter there were none. When I asked the butcher to cut me some meat I felt like a burden. Later when cashing out we were using the self checkout the young lady there was very unhelpful and leaning on her stand calling out to us like we were a bother, never a smile or a simple thank you. I am grateful I do not have to my business here daily and will think twice about it in the future.

Very reasonable prices. Great employees , and I love it when their opened till 1:00 am they could stay open a little longer for those last minute shoppers getting out of work late.

Easy to navigate and not usually a long wait. Great deals even without coupons.

Love this grocery chain.You can get some great deals, I do most of my shopping in the Oneida , N.Y. store. ☺☺😄
