Outstanding staff. Absolutely pleasant and hard working. I was home on vacation for only a short time. I wanted to upgrade and didn't know if I could. Within a day I upgraded and they got me on my way before I had to leave again.

I had some serious issues with Net 10 then I went to straight talk but wasn't really happy because they are related to Net 10. AT & T you get 6 gig of data a month plus if you do auto pay you get $5.00 off plus they have roll over. I don't use that much data so by my second month I had 9 gigs. Also if you have issues it's so nice to have a real person to talk to and help you. They were friendly and help me set up my phone and changing my number over and put me on auto pay.

Walking into that location is like walking into a  used car lot, that only want to sell you any and everything they can. Corporate told me they get many complaints about this location. Avoid it if you can.

It's a hit and miss when you will be waiting in line.. the sales reps know a lot of info on all the devices for sale.

Very helpful sales people.. But talking to an art service rep. On the phone to help with an old Bill was a waste of time... Very rude
