Called Wednesday and made an appointment for 9am that coming Saturday (today.) Service was mount and balance tires. Apparently appointments mean nothing to these guys. I called at 11 and they said it wasn't done yet. They told me a couple more hours. I said it needed to be done by 1230 and if they couldn't complete by then to not start. I showed up at 1230 and it was on the lift with the wheels off so they could at least say they were working on it. It's now 1:15pm as I'm writing this and it still doesn't have wheels on it. Horrible customer service experience.

Worst experience at a shop I have ever had. Went to get my car inspected failed me for bad ball joint which isn't bad couldn't even show me how it's bad. And suggested new brakes mine are a month old. Lol. Scraped my inspection. Total jerks. Brought it to Monro, city motors and Mavis in e syracuse and passed at all those shops same day this one failed me. I told them I couldn't afford the quoted work and they said well how much are you short. Meaning they were trying to squeeze every dime I had

I purchased 4 tires and the service tech had 16 weights between 4 tires and the weights were placed across from one another. I called to.get reimburst for another balancing at a different place as I did not trust it would be done right the second time around and was declined. Another tech at the store in oneida ny told me my car was severely out of alignment so I took it elsewhere for a second opinion and an alignment was not needed. I dont reccommend anyone go there as you cannot teust them or what they tell you.

Very accomodating especially at closing time. Went beyond their normal work ethic to get a new tire installed on our vehicle. Very professtional.

Friendly staff, no pressure - had muffler looked at and received an estimate, decided not to fix it then so gave me a printed copy of estimate to guarantee same price if I returned.
