Place is nice if you want to study or meet friends. Coffee is ok, ordered iced coffee that cost me 5$ + but the 2.30$ MacDonald is way better. Sandwiches are below average.

Food is tasty, but I think this franchise might be more overpriced because of the rich students in the neighbourhood. Try the one on st Laurent instead if you care what you pay. Matcha latte wasn't as strong as at the st Laurent one either.
