Staff is amazing. I closed my business account years ago due to some issues, but re-opened when I heard Nigel Wyles was back helping the support team. Nothing but good things to say about the employees and support I’ve received since moving my business back.

Don't expect to be served over the phone. If you have business do it the old fashioned way and head into the branch. I live an hour away, and didn't expect to travel for every little thing that goes wrong. Doesn't matter what time you call, when they first open, middle of the day, or an hour before closing they never answer.

NEVER EVER use their bank machines to deposit cash money. Their machine ate my money, gave me NO receipt and then when I filed a complaint, they first of all refused to deposit the amount I had lost in their machine and secondly told me it be more than a week before my money would be refunded. There was a bank employee on the spot when the bank machine error occurred and said they would call the next day... They did not call and I had to contact the branch.

Customer service is awful. Phone calls are not returned, financial advisors are incompetent.
