Story

Dr. Nicholas Grasvik has been practicing dentistry for 6 years, since graduating with his DMD from OHSU. Born and Raised in Oregon, he attended WSU and recieved his Bachelor's in Zoology. He has spent the last 6 years honing his skills at a practice in Wilsonville, OR and recently made the move to Beaverton where he is excited to continue growing and providing dental services to a new clientele. Dr. Grasvik keeps up to date on the lastest dental technologies, including Implant placement, and in-office fabrication of crowns. He loves Oregon, and settled down in the Portland-Metro area with his wife and their two young boys. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, or on the green. I have been a patient of Doctor Grasnik for about 4 years and I intend to be for a good many years to come. 
I find both him and all the staff considerate and kind, always providing much needed information. It's clear that they all love their jobs and working together. From having a crown to my teeth cleaning visits,  they have my complete trust. They make the experience of going to the dentist as good as it can be :). 

It can be a challenge to recommend a restaurant  to your boss, you hope they like it. How about recommending a dentist to your boss? you better get it right or there will be consequences! This is exactly what I did and my boss thanked me and is now a patient. I was confident that he would have exceptional service and a positive experience.

Even if you don't need a dentist right now, do your friends a favor and give them his information.

I had my first visit today to see about getting a wisdom tooth extracted. The process from start to finish was extremely easy. 

Everyone seemed like they genuinely cared about my oral health. They made me feel welcome and made sure I was as comfortable as possible through the whole process. 

Dr. Grasvik was very professional and very nice. I can tell he is a talented dentist. He was able to get my tooth out with very minimal pain and pretty quickly too.

As someone with high anxiety who dreads the dentist, I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out.

Will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Preferred Dental for about a year and a half/two years, and it may be the best experience I have had at a dentist's office. They are always very kind, ask me how I've been, though sometimes my mouth is full and I can't answer. Overall, I've had a wonderful experience and will continue to go back for all my teeth needs.

Great customer service!  Trusted, reliable and genuinely caring.  Here's why. I had broken a tooth just prior to a holiday vacation.  Dr. Grasvik went out of his way to help me, immediately.   He gave me a temporary fix, to hold me over until I returned.  He did this even with a slightly injured hand, he had suffered just days ago before my incident.  I'd highly recommend Preferred Dental Care Center.

I have been going to Dr. Nic Grasvik at Preferred Dental for at least three years and am very happy to have found a dentist with a team that I can trust. Kim does an amazing job cleaning my teeth and explaining what is going on. The front desk staff led by Virginia is very professional and friendly. This place is everything you want for a dental visit, state of the art equipment and procedures, a clean and relaxing waiting room, and a dentist who really cares. I especially appreciate the more conservative approach, and how they 'keep an eye' on little cracks and old cavities.  I really trust them and the health of my mouth has never been better. Thank you Kim for your gentle encouragement, and cleaning!
