I've been going to this dentist for several years and just want to say how much I appreciate the service they provide. They are very friendly, and they always go the extra mile to make me happy. Dr. Rust has been my dentist for 42 years. I absolutely detest the drive from Vancouver to Beaverton. Every once in a while I think it would be nice not to make that drive. Then I think about the excellent care I have received for 42 years. I think about how wonderful the entire staff has been. Not just kind and efficient, but personable and funny. All of that would be incredibly difficult to give up after 42 years, so maybe the drive isn't so bad after all.

Arrived early and they were able to slot me it and get started on my cleaning. It was quick and painless, and I will gladly be back for any future dental needs.

From the moment I walked into the office for my first visit, I was impressed by the friendly professionalism of the staff. The office is clean and modern, and the support staff is great. Dr. Rust is experienced and knowledgeable and put me completely at ease I have extreme dental anxiety. I was treated with respect and care, and was given a reasonable estimate for the work to be performed. I feel confident that I have chosen the right dentist for my care.

Dr Rust simply DOESNOT care about patients. I have been their patient for more than a year. But they literally kicked me out of their office because I wasnt satisfied with their service. Here is what happened: So far they just cleaned my teeth each year. Recently, I went there to fill one of my teeth, but instead of the Doctor the hygenist came and did that. I did not know a hygenist would do the doctors's job!!! Also, when I was not satisfied with the hygenist service and so I went there for examination of my teeth with the DOCTOR. They said nothing was wrong and after that when I asked Dr. Rust about my teeth pictures, instead of respectful behaviour this is what he did: He threw his utensil on the table infront of me and showed attitude. When I asked if he was angry, he said he just dont know what am I trying to get out of this. I said isnt getting my pictures my right??? I also had scheduled another appointment with him and this is what he said to his receptionist on the way out: give all the pictures to her. She also have another appointment that might wanna rethink about it.
