My girls started when they were 4 years old, and we could not be more happy with the environment and positive impact Derek had on our girls.   They have become confident martial artists that understand good behavior and respect are strong foundations in the club.  Highly recommend this school!

Core Kickboxing, what an amazing workout!  From excellent strength training to general conditioning, I felt that that was a well rounded class.  The instructor Derek, was very intuitive in helping those new to Kick-boxing and challenging others who had years of experience.

I took part in the Core Kickboxing class with Derek. I highly recommend this Academy and Derek Sadler for his enthusiastic well organized and extremely fun and not to mention challenging class. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, clean and open gym.
