Best martial arts school in Edmonton area and I've been to many across Canada
A very friendly, social environment. Lots of laughs in class, but still the traditional martial arts components and protocols. A great martial art and a great instructor.
This is Lindsay Henderson and I've attended your classes on a few occasions, I want to say that I very much enjoy your laid back style of teaching and I really like the fun and non intimidating atmosphere. In your classes I always feel welcome and safe and its always a pleasure to come and train with the amazing group you have!
I've been doing Taekwondo for about 5 years, all with Paladin. Everyone is so welcoming and the instructors all work together to create a very warm, fun, and energetic environment. You don't just get taught how to punch and kick, you learn etiquette and things you can actually use in your daily life.
Really good learning environment for kids and adults as they journey through their martial arts career
