Precision Countertops

*Covid restrictions here need to make appointment, and be buzzed in. Showroom was clean, and neatly layed out. Staff are friendly , and helpful. Products are of good quality, and reasonably priced. Lots of selection for laminated, and stone . I will be back for my next purchase.

We had Precision do all our kitchen, bathroom and new bar countertops. It was an ok experience. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out fine. We had an issue with our bar sink that we got through them which seems to be an "it is what it is" scenario. The sink wasn't in the showroom when we got it but we were told it was the same style as our kitchen sink just made by a different manufacturer. The sink was installed and it is not the same. There are bevels on it so instead of having a clean line, straight down like every other sink in the house, it bevels/slopes down. I tried to find other sinks online but none of them will fit properly apparently so we would have to go to a drop in. It's quite disappointing when you spend this kind of money on something to have an end result you're not happy with. On top of that, when they came to install that counter top, the sink, which was in stock and being sat aside as it was paid for 6 weeks prior, was then not in stock and back ordered. We had to have the plumber come back another time to do it. They had also forgotten a cut out for an electrical plug for the backsplash in our bathroom when the counter was installed so they had to take it back to make the cutout and reinstall it when the came to do the basement countertops. Overall we have mixed feelings about the experience.

Called and booked an appointment to go see their products. That went well, saw what I needed. I proceeded to email the salesperson with my order and I guess they don't want to work and make money as they never got back to me at all. We are going on week 3 of ignoring a customer who's throwing money at them. Wasted my time entirely going there and planning with them, only to be muted. Outrageously unprofessional, I would never recommend Precision Countertops to anyone, unless you want a similar experience. Because there isn't much competition in this field in Moncton they treat customers like this I guess. I recommend Countertop Creations who I contacted next and received the service I deserve. Hope this company gets new sales people that care and do their job but really I don't care anymore they should.

Excellent service, installation and product. Ordered quartz countertop and island. Renelle was professional and very helpful in aiding us in selection, scheduling and pricing. Installation was by very skilled and courteous workers. High product quality! Highly recommended if you want a top quality product and experience!

Fabulous service from walking into the showroom and having Jessica guide me through all the excellent choices, the measuring by Danny and the installation plus the detailed follow up by Danny Richard. It was a pleasure working with Precision Countertops...friendly, professional service with delivery and installation before the scheduled date.

Called to get some help regarding our 2yr old quartz countertop. Staining and whitish film???? Was connected to in store contact by reception Left a quick message and call back #. One week and counting......NO RESPONSE???? Not my idea of customer service............???.
