I had wonderful experience dealing with Precious Moment Jewellery and finally found my perfect diamond ring! I was pleasantly surprised with such a great selection of diamonds and great price as well. My ring was sized right away at no extra cost!!! Thanks to my friends I found my new favourite jewellery store!!!!!

Went in to have two rings resized and cleaned. They look absolutely beautiful, like brand new! Also had a pearl necklace on a gold chain made, it was exactly what I wanted. The staff was helpful and professional. It was a great experienxe.

These people are RIP OFF ARTISTS. LAZY. And IGNORANT. Got our first promise ring sized for $40 cash. Went back with the engagement ring 1 year later to size ,(band same size), and this guy "Rade" must have bartered the price saying its $80 to do it!!!!!!! I asked him to do it for $40 like he did before and he, of course, refused and accepted finally $60. WENT BACK A MONTH LATER TO SIZE MY WEDDING BAND, bought from another jeweler and to BUY A WEDDING BAND FOR MY FIANCÉ AND SIZE! This ABSOLUTE IDIOT complained and complained. Bartered and bartered. Even said he doesn't want to do it!!!! Even gave some sob story about some ungrateful customer last week......WE DO NOT CARE LOSER WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPY AND SO ARE YOU!!!! ISN'T IT PRECIOUS MOMENT JEWELLERY??? MORE LIKE: ****Unpleasant Moment Jewellery** Long story short he said he would size my band for...wait for it....... $120!!!!!!!!!! I packed my ring away and said we would think about it. Went to where I bought it and paid $60. Went to DIAMOND CONNECTION in Dixie Value Mall *****thoroughly reccomend*****and bought my future husband the band of his dreams with 14 karat white gold and etching along the edge with a little diamond in the middle, sized and happily dealt with for $500. Already got the ring after 2 days. Picking mine up Saturday. Listen. PLEASE. PLEASE. DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst experience ever!! These people should give up and close down. You're obviously not making ANY money in that absolute crappiest mall I have ever been into! Go to DIAMOND CONNECTION. BEST SERVICE WITH A SMILE. QUICK DEALS AND THEY WILL HAPPILY SIZE FOR FREE WITH PROMPT DELIVERY! Difference is they are business people there. Not pathetic, rude idiots who have no choice but to scam repeat clients!!!! Little does Rade know he lost out on thousands because we are rich and just bought these 2 bands for a small civil ceremony and we will be going to Diamond CONNECTION to buy a couple major rings costing around 5k a piece in June 2019 for our church wedding in Ireland!!!!!! Learn how to treat clients or SHUT DOWN RADE!!!!!😁😁😁😁

I love this store! The selection of jewellery is beautiful and stylish and the owners are very sweet and helpful. Their customer service is what makes this location very special. Highly recommended!
