CrossFit is a constantly varied strength and conditioning program. We use functional movements in order to elicit maximal gains. We don't use machines or mirrors. We train to move our own body weight plus barbells, medicine balls and kettlebells in the most efficient manour possible. We run, jump, row, lift and throw to create fitter individuals.
