Ample parking, not downtown, new and clean equipment, never over crowded. Great for building confidence and they don't let you get away with slacking. Great gym and community!

The classes are intense and different every time which is great for the routine. Maureen and company are encouraging and positive while training and teaching. The centre itself is clean, fresh and new and a great value for the cost. I'm right hooked!

The instructors really help you out and ask like a person trainer! They help you with all of the moves and keep helping you until you get it.
