Powerhouse Gym

Having arrived to this once health club, now reduced to a local club by neglect, from various cities to continue physically fit on a travel schedule, it is time to alert others to the deplorable condition. This member visits when in town and was there last week, checked in and noticed how neglected the facility has continued. The weight lifting area was covered in surface debris from weeks old traffic, cockroaches were noticed crawling from under the mats during the warm-up in the side warm-up room, the benches on the muscle conditioning and weight lifting areas have visible tears and covers torn open so they must be covered to avoid bacteria. After exposure to there conditions, it was necessary for me to leave the gym, so the workout ended w/only a few minutes on the elliptical watching the President in Russia.

When you want to do more than the yellow and purple, this is the place to go. Solid, good old fashioned gym, with a good upscale cardio section, spinning studio upstairs, classes, childcare and more! Great spot.
