This is a wonderful yoga studio!  I have been going to Open Doors yoga for about 5 years now, and the Plymouth studio is one of my favorites.  The instructors are varied, and classes are offered most mornings and evenings, with some afternoon classes, and weekend times as well.  There are some nice options for beginners.  Classes are mostly HOT...90 - 100 degrees, which allows for greater looseness in the joints.  The power classes are a WORKOUT, but all instructors encourage those in attendance to move to their own abilities. Do come try it out!

Open Doors is an amazing experience! Yoga for all levels!  Everything you need to get in shape and make new friends! Very friendly and welcoming!

Open Doors Plymouth is a wonderful and accessible studio with plenty of off street parking. Meg and her instructors genially enjoy sharing their wealth of knowledge with all yogis.

Plymouth is a very nice studio with great teachers. I really like all the different class options they offer. I will continue to build my practice here and highly recommend you do.

You cannot go to Open Doors and not love it.

Perfectly nonprofessional in business.  Disappointed.
