A very poorly managed and operated company.  Numerous health and safety violations and management doesn't care about your well being.  If concerns are brought up; likely you will be punished.  Supervisors just watch you work and yell.  The approach is all wrong here; they need to be more hands on and teach and assist the employees properly.  Also the environment is wet, hot and dusty and The spray they use on the precast molds is cancer causing!  I strongly advise not working here or purchasing anything from this company.

Had a tour of the plant today during a job interview. Very professionaly run and safe.

Working there for all 28 years was good experiences  and hopefully for all
