Incredible gem we happened upon during our bike ride. I tried the apple pie latte delicious and the veggie panini delectable. The cafe itself is cutely decorated and have many sustainable and beautiful items you can browse. I can’t wait to visit again in the winter, the cozy vibes are everything
Part coffee shop, part store - all with a no packing and no waste sustainable theme. I had a great pumpkin latte with plant-based oat milk. Was also able to customize my order with minimal sweetness too. Bonus was the live entertainment this morning, playing Christmas tunes.
Eco-friendly coffee shop love the idea!. Bring your own cup to go or dine in. Delicious croissants! A shop full of useful gifts.
Delicious drip coffee. Nice, helpful staff. Wonderful zero-waste coffee shop selling zero-waste merchandise. Good place for low key dates, working remotely and people watch out the window. I like the alternative rock music. At the time of this review, they accepted unwanted mugs.Food: 5/5
An unique and delightful store with fresh coffee, beautiful cups, and much more environmental care products. Staff are amazing. Must checkout
We had a great experience at Poured Coffee. The staff were helpful, the food was delicious, and the coffee was perfectly strong. A heads up for folks from out of town - the to-go option is a non-disposable mug. So if you’re looking for a mug souvenir, this might be your place!
It was my first time visiting this place after looking for a place to have a break after biking. The Pumpkin Pie Chai Latte was my choice and the flavour was delightful. It tasted subtle, not overly sweet, and rich in spices. The pastry that I asked for a recommendation was a cinnamon roll, which was sweet and not to my liking. I was disappointed, however, that you are not allowed to bring drinks or pastries as takeout. It’s too bad since I would like to bring it home and share it to my family. This is due to their store’s policy which doesn’t permit paper or plastics. The only option being was to borrow their ceramics and give it back to them when finished. Probably should have asked if giving my own bottle would do. Sitting there felt laidback though, so I’ll roam around their product area and try out another one of their lovely lattes the next time I come around.
Relaxing vibe, nice cold drinks on a very hot afternoon. Nice collection of environmental responsibility products. We live 2 hours away but stop in for a visit when we are in the area.
I personally resonate with the no packaging concept. We’ve way too much plastic in our world and big coffee chains are a huge part of the problem. Finding this carefully set up and designed jewel of a coffee that’s doing hits part to change that, in the heart of the Danforth was fantastic. Their pastries are out of this world, the staff is warm and welcoming and the place’s vibe is just as good as it gets to enjoy a good coffee, do some reading or get some heads down work done in a different set up. Plus they’re really walking the talk, if you purchase a reusable container, I got a Miir 16oz wide mouth tumbler, you get free drinks, I think it was 5 back when I bought mine, not sure how many are they offering nowadays. But it’s nice to get some high quality drinks just for buying responsibly. Plus inside they have a sister store that operates in the same local, where you can find some nice personal care bulk products and reusable containers.
Beautiful place with very friendly people. They don't do none reusable cups. But, you can bring your own reusable cup or purchase one from their big selection of all shapes and sizes.
