Very good grilled chicken. I like the concept: you choose your base, topping and your type of grilled chicken. The spicy grilled chicken is good, chicken was tender and not dry. Waiting time is reasonable. The line up for ordering is a bit tight, make the flow a bit cramp, could be better. Overall, I like it and will be back.

I really enjoyed my meal. I tried two different flavors—volcano and hercules. The volcano could’ve had more heat, otherwise both were flavorful and juicy. The portion was perfect and the options available to choose from as sides were plenty. I’m definitely becoming a regular here.

The chicken is amazing!!! They cook it in front of you so you know it's fresh. To get a better understanding of this dish is to put in next to a shish taouk dish. It has salade, rice and chicken. The difference is the way the chicken is cooked, you can add cheese, no lettuce. The staff is helpful and super friendly. So don't be shy. This is something you definitely need to try.

My friends had been recommending this place to me for a while now and it fully lived up to the hype. The chicken is juicy and so flavourful and the whole plate is just DELICIOUS. 100% recommend.

Always so delicious and a healthier option than lots of faster serviced food on st Catherine. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Your chefs just NEED to stop using the same tongs for raw chicken and cooked chicken. I saw the chef today using it for taking the raw chicken out the bucket and for flipping the cooked chicken. You will get someone very sick or get shut down for not being more careful with that. It would be a shame as the place is delicious and the staff are wonderful. Could be a one off today but just a heads up as that's very serious.

My healthy yet very tasty fast food spot of the city so far. You get to pick your choice of base quinoa, brown rice, bulgur or rice & wheat, your chicken flavor, mine was poulet hercule lemon, your 5 toppings among the vegetables and whole grains, and your choice of cheese mine was feta, there’s also cheddar. The portion is very good if you pick the big bowl, they also have a smaller option, as well as vegetable bowls. Oups I caught the grill cook on the phone by mistake, not something a customer would love to see definitely. Overall I like it and do recommend the place for a fast lunch during your break. Finally it’s a must to mention that the place is very clean relative to other fast food restaurants, which is something rare to find these days.

This is one of the best Poulet Rouge, I order them on uber eats all the time and I always have a request for them to put everything on the side like the sauce and the ingredients of the vegetables. They never mess up. This time I ordered the order twice with those special instructions and they did not miss anything. Highly recommend

I'm genuinely surprised by how much I liked these chicken bowls. Surprised because I normally hate chicken salads, but since this store had good reviews I decided to give it a try. First bite. Wow. Everything tasted so fresh. The rice wasn't sticky and lowkey tasted incredible. Almost like eating a Chipotle bowl but nicer because it's more organized, healthy, and more protein.

Honestly I love Poulet Rouge and I am a huge Fan and a loyal customer I order very frequently from Poulet rouge however my last Uber order tonight was very disappointing since they gave me half the portions when I paid over 4O$ for 2 bowls almost no rice! The portions are way smaller and Uber refused to give me any credit! Anyways hope you can do better next time since your food is amazing 10/10 always. Thank you

I simply love their veggie bowl. The Quinoa base makes it even tastier and healthier. Best place to order food if one wants to try something tasty that is healthy as well.
