Potter's Restaurant inside the Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo

We had a great supper there last night. Nice breakfast buffet this morning. Friendly wait staff. Good prices.

the food was not that good but is ok. Prices are cheaper for most hotel. Live band few days a week.

Had a great meal here, 6 of us ate after the air show and the food was fantastic. We almost skipped the place due to a poor review from 4 months ago but we were tired and staying at the hotel so we decided to try it. My mother in law had the meatloaf which we all tried and it was great! Kids had the burger topped with pulled pork and couldn't get enough. Wife and I had the Portobello mushroom Philly cheese sandwich and it was really good. We spoke with the executive chef. Paul, who started cooking here in May. He said he dumped the old menu and we have to say he did a fine job on the new menu! Pricing was very reasonable with the burgers with the extra coming in at $12, Philly's at $9, and the meatloaf $10. The wait staff was very friendly and the drinks were good to. Oh try the chocolate cake, we loved it!

$10 for a short vodka red bull is a rip off however the tomato confeit was amazing

High prices, poor quality food. I ordered a pot pie and I got a small bowl of soup with a piece of puffed crust. Overpriced beverages and weird smelly feet smell in lounge. However, Great service!
